Fu Niang Fang Organic Lemon Fruit Fermented Vinegar
Fu Niang Fang uses a traditional brewing method. The ingredients undergo a complete fermentation process involving saccharification (conversion of sugars), alcohol fermentation, and acetic acid fermentation. Compared with commonly available infused vinegars or blended vinegars, the resulting molecules are finer and may be more easily absorbed.

Brand Story
The husband-and-wife founders, both graduates of the Department of Food Science at National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, were inspired by a personal family experience. When their son was eight months old, he was diagnosed with Kawasaki disease, a condition commonly found in East Asian children under five years of age. The disease can lead to cardiovascular complications and acquired heart disease and is generally managed through long-term medication.
With their professional background in food science, they were determined to find ways to improve their son's health. Drawing on what they had learned about food science and disease management, they discovered that vinegar may help regulate acid-base balance, support immunity, and enhance metabolism.
They began sourcing organic Taiwanese crops, purchasing and screening microbial cultures, developing fermentation tanks, and refining brewing techniques. After countless experiments and failures, they ultimately succeeded in producing their organic fermented vinegar.
Their philosophy is:
"Starting from goodwill and brewing with sincerity, creating the most genuine and heartfelt vinegar possible."
Naturally brewed vinegar is rich in organic acids and trace nutrients, which the brand believes may help the body eliminate unwanted substances, promote metabolism, and support overall well-being.
