A Customs Clearance Fee refers to the charge collected during international shipping (for non-U.S. customers) by logistics companies or customs brokers for handling import/export declaration and documentation processes.

When goods arrive at the destination country’s customs, authorities are required to inspect and process imported items to ensure compliance with local import regulations and tax requirements. The customs clearance process may involve the payment of taxes, duties, import tariffs, and other related fees.

Generally, for mainland China orders, applicable taxes are paid at the time of purchase, and the store then transfers them to the logistics provider for payment on your behalf.

For customers in other countries, in order to ensure smooth delivery, the logistics company will prepay the taxes during customs clearance. Therefore, the logistics provider will collect the prepaid customs amount from you upon delivery of the package.

If a customer refuses to pay the customs duties, any return shipping costs and other additional expenses incurred as a result will be borne by the customer.

This fee cannot be estimated in advance by the merchant. Customs clearance fees are affected by factors such as the value of the goods, national trade policies, and relevant laws and regulations, so the exact amount may vary. These charges cannot be predicted or calculated by the merchant in advance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

This is automatically calculated based on your region. The fees are charged by the system according to the exchange rate of the day. This foreign exchange conversion fee is not collected by our store; it is charged by the payment platform.
