Instructions for Use
Remove – Take out the original insoles from your shoes.
Mark – Place the old insole on top of the new insole, align the heels, and trace the forefoot area.
Trim – Cut along the marked line on the forefoot section of the new insole.
Insert – Place the trimmed insole into your shoes and begin use.

For optimal performance, remove the original shoe insoles before inserting the new arch support insoles.
