The ergonomic 3D arch support pad precisely fills the unsupported areas beneath the foot, guiding the feet back to their natural alignment. A dual-cushion shock-absorption system helps absorb impact and effectively distribute plantar pressure. Instructions for Use
Remove the original insole from your shoes.
Place the old insole on top of the new insole, aligning the heel sections.
Trace the outline of the forefoot area and trim the new insole accordingly.
Insert the trimmed insole into your shoes.

For optimal arch support performance, it is strongly recommended to remove the original insole before installing the new one.
